The enlarged Group has investments in both listed and unlisted companies locally and overseas. The portfolio is managed by professional team of financial experts based in Singapore. The Group also has a fund management entity which manages private equity funds. Frontier Capital Partners invests in new start-ups, pre-listing and listed companies mainly in Malaysia.
The enlarged Group believes that investment in a landbank would provide constant future revenue as they can be monetised for future development projects. The Group has a sizeable landbank in Klang Valley, Perak and Sarawak.

In addition, the enlarged Group also believes in making strategic assets investments whether locally or abroad.

Our Australian investment affiliate owns O'Connell's House, a 12-storey office building located in Brisbane, Queensland. It provides a consistent rental yield for the enlarged Group.
HCK Tower

Our affiliate, HCK Assets Australia Pty Ltd, owns a 16-storey tower at 116, Adelaide Street, Brisbane. The building is fully occupied and is located in Brisbane’s Central Business District.

Semenyih Land

This 32 acre land near the Nottingham University in Semenyih has been earmarked for mixed development use. It has a ready catchment population from the University, on top of being located within a township experiencing a boom due to its proximity to KLIA, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and Nilai.

Selangor Cyber Valley
The 16-acre commercial development is in the planning stage. It is expected to consist of both commercial and residential blocks overlooking a lake.

Through HCK Foods Sdn Bhd, the Group is involved in F&B, one of the fastest growing sectors in the economy. The brands we own or are licensed to use, appeal to those who yearn for local and international flavours.

I Prefer Original serves authentic Malaysian fare that has brought together the favourite tastes across a wide array of cultural traditions and flavours from the rich mix of Malay, Chinese and Indian societies. IPO outlets are confined to Sarawak, with its main branch in Sibu.

Jamaica Blue

We, the Malaysian master franchisee for the Australian coffee chain, opened its first outlet in Mid Valley Megamall. Its high quality of coffee and food, which received rave reviews, were the reason for its success. The 2nd outlet is in upscale Setia Mall and the 3rd outlet opens in popular Low Yat Plaza.
